Shipments and returns

Sorry, but we cannot ship to anyone who lives outside of New Zealand. All sales on this website are for delivery within New Zealand and priced in New Zealand dollars.

We carry some local stock here in NZ, however most orders will be brought in from Germany. This may result in a 2 - 4 week lead time on orders placed and this will be advised via email.

If you require your item sooner than the 2 - 4 week lead time, then please contact us to confirm if your product is in stock prior to ordering at touratech@motomart.co.nz.

Touratech NZ place orders from Germany once a week in the Spring/Summer period and fortnightly during the Autumn/Winter period. In Autumn/Winter this may be up to a 4 week lead time.

Items in stock packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier Post with tracking and drop-off either with or without signature. If you prefer delivery by another service (e.g. Rural delivery with signature) then unfortunately we will have to charge a little extra for that. (Contact us if you want some guidance on this).

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We do our utmost to carry as much stock in New Zealand as possible, but we will (at times) have to bring your order in from Germany. Please be patient (I know this is difficult for many of us riders) as we will expedite as quickly as possible to ensure you get to dress your machine quickly.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately (although we will try!!), and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
