Incorrect / Faulty item received:
If the goods supplied are incorrect or faulty, Touratech NZ will re-supply the correct order freight free and will arrange the return freight on the incorrect/faulty item. If you wish to cancel the transaction, then we are happy to provide a credit to your account.
If you order the incorrect part or size:
Touratech NZ will supply an alternative size. If an alternative size is not available, you will be offered an alternative style in the correct size. If you do not want the alternative style you will be provided a credit to your account once goods are received back in their original condition and original packaging. A restocking fee may apply particularly on less common items that may need to be returned to Germany for credit. Return freight costs will be at the buyers cost so please make sure you select sizes and parts carefully.
Sale Items:
Sorry there are 'No returns' on sales items. All sales are final (unless faulty).
